Peel, wash and cook Irish potatoes

Dip bread slice in water and squeeze out completely

Mash boiled potatoes

Slice boiled egg and set aside. Whisk egg and also set aside

Set your bread crumbs aside or place your cornflakes in the mill part of your blender to get crumbs and set aside

Add your mashed potatoes, soaked bread, spices, pepper,salt spring onions and mix together

Take a small portion and flatten out on your palm,slice a boiled egg in the center, cover from all side

Dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs or cornflakes crumbs.

Deep fry in veg oil till you get desired brown, take out and serve. Enjoyyyy
