Steps

Soak basmati rice in water for half an hour.

Heat ghee in a pressure Cooker. Add all the whole spices. Then add Onion. Sauté it for 3 minutes then add Ginger garlic paste. Again sauté it for 3-4 min.

Add little bit of water. Then add all the dry spice powder. Mix it well when oil starts separating from the gravy, add the chicken pieces and potato.Stir it for 5-10 min them switch the flame into low flame.

Then add 2 cups of well beaten curd. Mix it well. Cook it for 2 min then add soaked basmati rice.

Add salt as per taste, chopped coriander leaves.

Now add water only that much of water where rice would be covered in water. Don't add more than that.

Cook it for 1 whistle and it's ready.

Let it cool and serve it with rayeta.
