Just adding ingredients put it in the slow cooker added 1 star anise which adds a lovely flavour to any nice stews or chicken also soups. Yay it turned out lovely had s flavour all of its own enjoy it either with Mashed Potato, pasta or Spaghetti. #mainmeal#Chicken#pasta

Add the oil to the pan and add the onions and garlic granuals. Then add the chicken.

Next after colouring the chicken add the red peppers,oregano, dried chicken stock and the tomato juice,tinned tomatoes and cherry tomstoes

Next add the lemon juice, wine boil high for 2 minutes turn down to low add the lemon and wine and stir then add the cracked black pepper and peppercorns whole.

Stir to mix then add it to your slow cooker before closing the lid add the Star anise, close the lid and leave on low for 4-5 hours.

When cooked take out the star anise and thicken with cornflour,add it to a pan bring to boil add the cornflour to the thickness you want. I did with 1 tsp in tiny amount of cold water.
