If you are using ciabatta rolls, cut them horizontally into halves.

Spread the outsides of bread with a little butter.

Mix the 4 cheeses together in a bowl, then spread this mixture inside each ciabatta bread or on the top of 4 of the 8 toast.

Add a layer of tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil, then add 1 teaspoon of basil, and 2 arugula leaves per sandwich. Cover with the bread top.

Place the sandwich in a large pan over medium-high flame. Cook about 3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese has melted and outside bread is golden brown.
