Steps

Pressure cook the sprouts until one whistle. Switch off the gas. Keep aside.

Meanwhile grind tomato, green chilli,ginger,onion together to make fine paste. Keep aside.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida.

Then add curry leaves and tomato paste and sauté.

Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, goda masala, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder and sauté till the oil separates from it.

Add boiled sprouts and mix well. Add little water if required. Add salt, jaggery and mix well.

Sprouts curry is ready. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or rice.
