Boil chicken pieces until well done, drain and reserve chicken broth.

Boil haris using chicken broth; add water if needed, keep on medium heat for 20 min, until haris is cooked well.

Then add chicken broth cube, carrots, black pepper, fresh coriander and chicken pieces to the haris and keep on low heat for 1 to 2 hours until soup is well blended, smooth and has a puree texture. You can add water if haris is too thick.
