In a large sauce pan, pre-heat the olive oil for one minute.

Add the sliced red chili and let it fry for another minute. The smell of the chili getting fried might be unpleasant and may cause your eyes to water.

Add onions and salt. Let the onion fry until golden brown.

Add the mushroom and mix well. Let it fry for 5 minutes.

Add the Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Let the ingredients cook for 5 minutes. You will notice that the mushroom will become darker and shrink in size.

Add the meat and the basil; mix well. Keep mixing until all the meat is cooked and changes in color.

Add the remaining soy sauce; mix then add the red win and mix well again.

Bring to boil, then cover the pan and boil on slow heat for 15-20 minutes, mixing from time to other. Alf sahtein.
