Ingredients

  1. 1 chicken breast, bones and skins removed
  2. 1 cupCorn Flakes, crushed (I use poppins)
  3. 1 egg, beaten
  4. 1 pinch of salt
  5. 1 pinch of black pepper
  6. 1 teaspoonpaprika
  7. 1/2 teaspoonitalian dressing, optional
  8. 1 pinch of onion powder
  9. 1 pinch of garlic powder
  10. 3 cupsVegetable oil for frying

    Cut the chicken breast into strips lengthwise.

  2. 2

    Beat the egg with a fork.

  3. 3

    Season crushed cornflakes with salt, pepper, paprika and the other spices if desired.

  4. 4

    Dip each strip in the egg mixture and then dip it in the cornflakes mixture till it's well coated. Try pressing the strip in cornflakes to coat.

  5. 5

    Repeat the process with the other strips.

  6. 6

    Heat oil. When oil is completely heated, lower heat down to medium heat so that the strip gets fried inside out.

  7. 7

    Fry the chicken strips in oil on both sides.
