  • 1 cupbananas, mashed
  • 1 cupdates, finely chopped, about 11 to 15 dates
  • 3 eggs
  • 5/16 cuphoney
  • 5/16 cupoil, preferably canola oil
  • 1 teaspooncinnamon
  • 1 tablespoonbaking powder

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Place muffin-cup liners in muffin cups.

    Divide the batter evenly among prepared muffin cups.

    Bake at 350° for 20 - 25 minutes.
