Ingredients

  • Tostitos tortilla chips
  • Pickled pork skin (cueritos)
  • Japanese-style peanuts
  • Chaca-chaca tamarind candy
  • Cucumber
  • Jicama
  • Salt
  • Lime
  • Clamato tomato cocktail
  • Chili powder
  • Chamoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice the jicama, cucumber, and pickled pork skin into small cubes.

  2. 2

    Place the Tostitos, jicama, and cucumber on a plate. Add the Japanese-style peanuts and chaca-chaca candy.

  3. 3

    Season with salt and lime to taste, then pour Clamato over the ingredients.

  4. 4

    Top with chili powder and chamoy sauce to taste.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with a glass of Coca-Cola.
