Peel the potatoes and cut into diff shape

Set sauce pan over mediun high heat and add some oil sear in the potatoe in the hot pan on both sides till golden brown,add the stock untill it cover the potatoes then add butter,garlic,rosemary and tyme.

Bring to a simmer and cook until the potatoe are golden brown

Boil meat until tender and soft,drain and set aside
- 5
Heat pan with small oil add onions till golden browns,Add the meat spices and seasoning with the meat stock

Add the balck pepe,green pepe and allow to simmer
- 7
Turn off the meat and serve with the potatoes
