1 headcauliflower
Red pepper chopped
250 gramsfrozen peas
250 gramsfrozen corn
5 mlTurmeric
Coconut oil for frying

Grate cauliflower until it resembles rice

Heat coconut oil and add cauliflower and turmeric for 5 minutes

After 5 min add all the other ingredients (red pepper, frozen pea, frozen corn) and fry together

Add salt and pepper for taste
