Steps

Add 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 cup chopped onions & 1 cup chopped betel leaves to a mixer.

Then add 1 cup water & blend well.

Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 tbsp mint-coriander-chilli paste and mix well.

Then add the blended mixture & 1 tbsp garam masala. Mix well.

Add 1 bowl half boiled chicken and salt to taste. Add water if required. Cover & cook on low flame.

Once cooked, garnish & serve hot with roti or naan.
