Steps

Heat the oil in a pan add pepper, cloves, cardamom and bay leaves then fry it for 1 min, now add onion slices and fry it till golden brown colour.

Now add onion paste and fry it for 2 mins, after 2 min add ginger garlic paste and fry it for 2 min also

After 2 min add red chilli powder coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt then fry it well

Now add chicken and fry it for 2 mins when oil starts to separate in pan then add the water and close the lid. Then cook it till the chicken is soft and tender.

Now the chicken masala is ready to serve.
