Peel the gourds and slit at both the ends

Now heat oil and fry the gourds and add salt and turmeric powder and cover

As it is soft remove and add oil

Temper cumin seeds and bay leaf

Add the masala paste and red chilli powder and salt
- 6
Saute adding turmeric powder
- 7
Add fried gourds and cover till it gets tender
