Tawa Bhaji Pav

Heat oil and butter on tawa add chopped tomato Asafoetida saute. Now add capsicum chopped green chilli saute properly add 1-2 tbsp water mash with pavbhaji masher. Blanch and crushed peas salt turmeric powder pavbhaji masala and 2-3 tbsp water. Now take in a side of tawa and saute chopped onion black salt spicy redchilli powder butter on slow flame. Mix with vegetables masher.

Add chopped coriander and mashed potatoes mix well. Add 1/4cup water. Saute properly. Now make garlic crushed tadka in butter.

Dilute red chilli powder in 1/4 cup water and pour in mixture pour garlic tadka. Mix properly mash with pavbhaji masher.Add lemon juice. Cook on slow flame and serve with masala pav. And salad lemon and butter.
