Dry roast mawa till it leaves the sides

Add all the ingredients except colour and cloves. Mix well,it will form a dough.

Divide the dough into 2parts, 3:1 proportion. And add red colour to 3 parts and green to 1 part of mawa dough.

Start making balls of red dough and leaves with green dough
- 5
Secure leave with clove on the tomato shaped mawa pedha. Refrigerate for half hour and serve.
