Steps

Soak rice and urad dal for 4-5hrs

Grind them with little water. Make a thick batter of it. Soak poha for 5mins.

Add grinded poha to the batter. Add salt and oil. Mix well.

Cover and keep it in warm place. Let it ferment for 6-7hrs or overnight.

Mix well. Steam idlis for 15-20mins and serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
