In a bowl add the whipped cream powder add some cold water and whip for at least 5 minutes

Add condensed milk and powdered milk

Add vanilla flavour, mix well find a clean bowl and divide the mixture into three by adding blue to the first mixture, Red to the second one and the last one should be plain

In another bowl add the plain followed by the red colour then the blue one refrigerate to ice then serve
