Steps

For Chicken, add egg, masala/salt, 1 tsp oil and chicken strips in bowl and put aside for 10 min.

Heat a pan, add oil and shallow fry the chicken

Keep the chicken in bowl for later.

For Pasta, in same pan add oil if required.

Add onion and saute for 1-2 minute.

Add Carrot,mushroom,jalapeno and close lid for a 1-2 min. Check if vegetables are half cooked.

Then add spinach,half spring onion (remaining for garnishing) and tomato.(you can use tomato puree as well)

Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add salt,black pepper,salsa sauce and mix properly.

Add cooked pasta and mix gently in low flame.Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Put the cooked chicken on top while serving.
