Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlrice
  2. 1 bowlsugar
  3. 2 bowlwater
  4. 1/4yellow food colour
  5. As neededDry fruits chopped
  6. as neededCherry for garnish
  7. 1 tbspDesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in pressure cooker add rice and water

  2. 2

    Then add colour and sugar

  3. 3

    Mix well add dry fruits and close cooker lid tightly and cooked it.

  4. 4

    After one whistle cook it for 10 minutes at low flame

  5. 5

    Take out rice in a plate and garnish with cherry and dry fruits
