Peel out all alu,in a kadhai pour 2 spoon oil add little turmeric and salt and fry the aloo,fry till little golden

In another kadhai pour another 2 spoon oil,add chopped onion fry till golden,add masala paste and fry add all dry masala and fry till it's leavs oil,add tomato puree and salt and fry.

Add fried aloo and mix and cook in low flame for some time

Add water and cook in low flame for another 5 min. Garnish with chopped coriander leave and kasturi methi.

Enjoy with roti aur paratha.
