Ingredients

  • For dhokla batter:-
  • 3/4 glasssuji/ semolina
  • 1/4 glassbesan
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 2 tbsprefined oil
  • 1pouch eno
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 glasscurd
  • For water:-
  • 1/2 glasswater
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 2lemon
  • For tadka:-
  • 2 tbspoil
  • Leavescoriander
  • 1/2 tbspmustard seeds
  • To tastegreen chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all batter in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix immediately eno in a batter.

  3. 3

    Brush the microwave safe bowl and pour the batter in it.

  4. 4

    Microwave it for 5 mint.

  5. 5

    Take a pan add water, sugar, lemon juice and bring it to bowl.

  6. 6

    When the both come on room temprature spread water properly on the thadka.

  7. 7

    For tadka add all given ingredients in tadka pan for 1 mint at low flame.

  8. 8

    Spread it on dhokla and serve it with sweet chutney.
