Take a pre heat pan, add rice flour…
Stir continuously on low flame until it turns light brown in colour.Rice flour should not stick to the bottom of the pan. - 2
Add cardamom powder and cashew nut,almonds powder.Mix it well….
Stir for 1 minutes. Transfer it to the plate… - 3
Cool down the mixture for 30 minute. Then add sugar powder.Make pinni now….
Add warm milk in case binding is less…. Rice flour pinni is ready. garnish with dry fruits...
