In kadhi add milk heat on low flame for at least 20 mins.In this period milk will reduce.

Grate the brown khoya and crumble it.

When milk get reduce then add Khoya and stir it continuously. Cook it for 10 minutes on low flame and 10 minutes on high flame.

Switch off the gas cool it and this mixture is thick after cool.

Take the matka and fill with mixture and cover it with foil paper.

Decorate with pista.

Freezer it over night.

Serve chill.
