Potatoes as many as need
Margarine
Cheese
1egg
125milk

Steps

1

Wash and dry potatoes and stick with a fork. Put into microwave for 10min and turn put back for another 10min

Take out of the microwave and cool down for 5min. Cut the top open and take out all the soft potato and mix with margarine
3

Mix the eggs and milk together add cheese
4

Add the mix back to the potatoes and put back into the microwave for 5min. Serve with what you like to for an lovely Sunday evening meal
