Drain and grind the rice to a coarse paste.

Bring milk to a boil and add rice paste.cook till rice completely cooked, stirring continuously.

Add saffron mix well.And add sugar and elachi powder and yellow colour and cook till sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour in the bowls and garnish with pista. chill in a refrigerator for and hour.

Serve chill.
