Palak Puri is a flavourful spicy & healthy snack.Have it with plain yogurt or pickle.A little addition of sesame seeds from my side to make it more tastier.

Palak Puri is a flavourful spicy & healthy snack.Have it with plain yogurt or pickle.A little addition of sesame seeds from my side to make it more tastier.
Steps

Wash spinach leaves & make a purée in a blender with ginger & chillies with minimum water.

Take whole wheat flour in a bowl add in all the dry ingredients & mix well.Now add in spinach purée & knead a stiff dough using little oil.Let the dough rest for some time.

Divide the dough into the small balls.Dip the ball in sesame seeds from one side.Roll the dough ball into small circles using a rolling pin.Its ready to fry.Deep fry it & enjoy with hot cuppa tea or coffee.
