Paneer orange halwa
Steps

Take 1/2 litre milk in bowl when it comes to boil add vinegar and wait for the next two minutes till the paneer and water gets separated from milk.

Take vessel and cloth drain water from mixture and wash it with running water so that smell of the vinegar can be removed.Press gently the cloth and keep like that for 2-3 minutes paneer is ready.

Take 1 cup milk in pan when it comes to boil add sugar and orange pulp in it cook for next 5 minutes then add crumbled paneer, almonds, cashews walnuts and ghee.cook until water evaporates or mixture becomes thick.

Serve hot or chilled.
