Sol Kadhi Shots

Sol kadhi is a traditional dish popular in Maharashtra, Konkan and Goa. It is a refreshing and soothing drink, often had post heavy meal as it aids in digestion.
Since it has cooling properties, it is
also served as an appetizer during summer months.
So after a heavy holi lunch, serve these Sol Kadhi shots to your family and guests.
It has a medley of flavors, sweet, tangy, spicy and salty.
It's prepared with Kokum fruit, fresh or dried.
Since the sourness of Kokum flowers varies, you may have to use more than mentioned in the recipe.
You can use 2 fresh grated coconuts to extract coconut milk or use a tetra pack like I have done.
Kokum has many health benefits.
