Steps

Heat a pan then add moist paneer and powder sugar then cook it continuously and stir it till a thick batter is formed.

Now add cardamom powder and transfer it on a plate and cool down it. When the batter gets cool down, mash it and make a dough of it.

Now make small balls and flat it from center. Garnish it with almond and pishtachio. Sandesh is ready.
