Left over stir fried rice
Looking for a quick meal give this a try.
Steps

In a wok or frying pan heat up the veg oil add the ginger garlic paste and onions fry for some secs then add the scotch bonnet.

Add the sesame oil,spices then add the rice and stir till combined. Add the soy sauce, seasoning and stir and allow to heat through stirring until well coated add in the green pepper and stir.enjoy!

To make it more tasty you can add shredded chicken, or sausage.
