Cut your chicken into desired pieces/sizes, season and lightly flour them

In a heated pan, shallow fry your chicken pieces to get the golden brown color. Remove and set on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil

In the same pan (where the chicken we're pan fried) add your onions and let them get translucent. Add in your ginger garlic paste

Add in the tomato paste then the chicken pieces and stir

Add in the spices appropriately and mix well

Add in the passion juice and let simmer for 5 minutes when covered.

Add in the rest of the vegetables and mix well. Let cook for a minute or two

Add in your diced apples and cover. Let simmer for 10 - 15 minutes

Add in some dhania, mix thoroughly and serve hot
