2 cupsMaida and wholewheat aata mixed together
Potato boiled mashed 3 medium
1 tspSalt
1 tbspChilli flakes
Coriander seeds crushed half tsp
1 tspChast masala
Dhania cut finely half cup
Tamrind pulp 2 tbsp or Khatai powder 1 tsp

Add all da spices in mashed potatoes

Knead paratha dough well

First make two parathas take one

Put filling and cover with another one

Seal da sides properly

Fry on slow heat

Flip da sides gently till golden brown
