Peel, wash and cut pitaron into thin slice.

Heat oil in a pan, add potato, cookes 3 to 4 minute, now add chopped tomato cover it and cooked it on low flame for 5 to 7 minute.

Now add salt and ref chilli powder to taste.

Now add amchoor powder, and mix well.

When all potato turned soft, or cooked well,Switch off gas.

Serve with chapati.
