Slice the pepper, onions and tomato and set aside

Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add small salt

Cut and rinse the yam and boil with salt until cooked

Add the oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced veg in it then season a bit and add curry powder, put in the whisked egg and stir

Fry for 2 minutes and serve with the boiled yam
