Steps

Rinse chicken and pat dry then cut into chunks.

Season chicken in bowl with cumin, complete seasoning and sazon

Chop onion, green pepper and garlic and sautee in olive oil

Cook until onion is translucent
- 5
Add chicken and toss around until white
- 6
Add potatoes and toss around.

Add remaining ingredients

Stir well and make sure sauce covers chicken and potatoes

Place bay leaf on top and cook at medium to low for about 45 minutes without uncovering.

Serve over white rice
