Ingredients

  1. 1 kgpotatoes
  2. 1pckt Festive Burger bread
  3. 500 gMinced meat
  4. 1 bunchdhania
  5. 1tblsp dark Soy sauce
  6. Salt
  7. Black pepper
  8. Slicescheese
  9. 2eggs

    Preparation of the Burger meat

    In a clean bowl put the minced meat,

    Mix with soy sauce, black pepper, salt, eggs and dhania

  4. 4

    After its well mixed make a pat and place it on a tray. Repeat till all meat is done.

    Put on a grill and cook both sides. Then place your slice of cheese on top as the bottom cooks

    Once ready remove an place on your sliced bun. Place a lettuce tomatoes then the other half bun.

    For potatoes. Clean the potatoes if they have excess soil

    Put water in a clean bowl add abit of salt

  9. 9

    In a tray peel your potatoes and putting them in the salty water

  10. 10

    After peeling(if you have a potato cutter you can use to cut the shapes you desire I used a chips cutter) or you can cut using your hands but try and make the sizes even. As you cut put them in salty water again

    Heat your oil

    Using a kitchen towel dry the first batch of potatoes you want to put in the oil

    Carefully put the dried potatoes and allow them to cook to your satisfaction

    Once ready remove carefully from the oil and put on an oil drainer to drain excess oil

    On a clean plate put your bugger and serve with fries and either add ketchup and chilli on the side or on the fries
