Steps

Take wheat flour and All purpose flour in a bowl, add salt,baking powder,cardamom powder

Then add mashed bananas & milk to make a thick batter

Allow the batter rest for 10 minutes

In pan take sugar with half cup water & let it boil & make 1 string sugar syrup

Heat oil/clarified butter in a pan

Add laddle full batter to the hot oil in few seconds the pua will float on the oil the flip the other side & fry both sides well

Make all puas like this then add them to warm sugar syrup & soak for 2 minutes

Replace puas in a plate & now your malpuas are ready to serve
