Mix all the ingredient in a bowl...except the frying oil...mix it properly because it gives the gulgule a khasta texture...

Then add water in the dry mixture gradually & make sure its neither too soft & not too hard..then cover it for 15 to 20 min

After 15 to 20 min once again mix it & heat the oil in medium flame..

Make small size ball & deep fry it in low flame oil...after 8 to 10 min or till the gulgule becomes golden brown colour..then remove it from the oil..

Serve it with white peas curry or your favourite curry...
