Ingredients

  • 1 glassrice soaked for 20 minutes
  • 2 pinchyellow food colour
  • 2 glasswater
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1 cupGrated jaggery
  • As neededcashews for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add ghee, water, washed rice, jaggery and pressure cookeed it for 3.whistle.

  2. 2

    Open the lid, serve into a bowl, garnish with cashews and serve hot.
