Ingredients

  1. 1 glassrice soaked for 20 minutes
  2. 2 pinchyellow food colour
  3. 2 glasswater
  4. 2 tbspghee
  5. 1 cupGrated jaggery
  6. As neededcashews for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add ghee, water, washed rice, jaggery and pressure cookeed it for 3.whistle.

  2. 2

    Open the lid, serve into a bowl, garnish with cashews and serve hot.
