Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgchicken sliced in small chunks
  2. shrimps
  3. 3knorr cube
  4. 4 tbspcanola oil
  5. 2 clovesgarlic mince
  6. 1onion slice in large chunk
  7. 3 tbspoyster sauce
  8. 2 tbspsesame oil
  9. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  10. 1 tbspbrown sugar
  11. 3red bell julienned
  12. 3green bell pepper, julienned
  13. to tastesalt
  14. 4fresh pepper dice
  15. 3knorr cube
  16. 2 tbspcornstarch, dissolved in 3 tbsp water
  17. 5 stalksspring onions dice
  18. 3 tbspveg oil
  19. dashsecret spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken and shrimp with secret spice and set aside; in a small bowl, add little water and cornstarch and mix everything together and set aside

  2. 2

    Preheat a wok, add canola oil and sesame oil and once its hot and fry chicken till its golden brown and remove from heat once its ready

  3. 3

    Add onions and garlic and stir fry for about 2 minutes then add the knorr cube, secret spice, pepper, salt and stir in soy sauce and oyster then add sugar

  4. 4

    And then taste and adjust seasoning before adding the cornstarch water mix, once you add the mix your sauce will be thick then add the fried chicken and stir everything together

  5. 5

    Allow it cook for another 2 minutes and then add bell pepper and then add the spring onions after 2 minutes

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and serve with white rice
