Ingredients

  • 2 cupssoaked chana dal
  • 1.5 cupSoaked yellow and green moong dal
  • 1/2 cupsoaked urad dal
  • 2tspn red chilli powder
  • 1tspn Turmeric powder
  • 1 inchgrated ginger
  • 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cupdill leaves (optional)
  • 2chopped onions
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain soaked dals and ginger grind them slightly coarse.

    Add chopped onions, salt, coriander leaves, dill leaves, Turmeric powder and red chilli powder

    Now take mixture on palms and roll to tikki and deep fry.

    Serve with coconut chutney or ketchup.
