Steps

Take 2 types of dal mix well and wash it. After then boil in cooker few salt and 1sp ghee with in 1 wistles. Keep aside.

For fry.......... Take a wok add desi ghee and cumin heat it very well and add garlic ginger paste till light brown then add chopped tomatoes cook it for 5min.

Add washed kasturi methi and all dry spices stir it. Boiled dal mix in it and cook it till 1boil.

Garnish with coriander leaves garammasala.

Ready to serve.
