Ingredients

  1. 250 MLjaggery
  2. 1 LtrPopped Rice

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the Jaggery in a pan. Boil till it's sticky consistency..To check it's sticky consistency take a bowl full of cool water.. put a drop of the boil jaggery.. if the Jaggery does not spread in the water and appear like a gum than the Jaggery is ready to add the popped Rice..

    When the Jaggery comes to a sticky consistency, add the popped Rice (Mudhi)

    Mix it well.. now turn off the flame.. make laddoos by using the wet hand...
    Serve when it is cool....
    Keep it in a air tight container to have it further..
