  • Plantain
  • Salt
  • Lettuce
  • Fresh tomato
  • Salad cream
  • Sardine

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut the plantain but not into two fry in heated vegetable oil.

  2. 2

    Drain the liquid from sardine,slice and include carrots,salt,fresh tomatoes and lettuce then pour in the salad cream.stuff all in btw the fried plantain and enjoy the yummy goodness.
