Ingredients

  1. 3Eggs (Boiled and cut into small pieces)
  2. 3 tbspVeg Mayo
  3. 2Baby Corns (Steamed and cut into small pieces)
  4. 2 tbspSweet Corn (Steamed)
  5. 1Carrot (Finely Chopped)
  6. 1Cucumber (Finely Chopped)
  7. 2-3French Beans (Chopped and Steamed)
  8. 2-3Sambar Onions (Finely Chopped)
  9. 3-4Baby Tomatoes (Chopped)
  10. 2Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
  11. Pink Salt (As required)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the eggs. Either steam or boil the eggs. Remove the shells. Cut into small pieces and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Wash all the vegetables and cut them into small pieces and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Steam the baby corns, sweet corns and french beans and allow it to cool.

  4. 4

    In a serving bowl, add boiled eggs, all the steamed vegetables, carrot, cucumber, onions, green chillies, tomatoes, veg mayo and salt. Stir the mixture well.

  5. 5

    Mayo egg vegetable salad is ready to serve.
