Select the rice and wash

Put butter and onions in a saucepan then sweat the onions

Make sure the onions does not brown,then add cumin and stir

CAdd the rice then stir until they mix well

Put two cups of water

Cover with a lid and leave it to boil

Then simmer to continue to cook by its own
