Ingredients

  • 1 litrelassi
  • 1small cup besan
  • 3tomatoes
  • 2potatoes
  • 1 cupmatar
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspzeera
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilly powder
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in kadai and add zeera.

  2. 2

    Then add ginger paste in it and add all chopped veggies in it and cook it.

  3. 3

    Then besan mix into lassi add mix lassi add in saute mixture.

  4. 4

    Cook for 20-25 mints.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve.
