Take a cooker add 1 tablespoon oil add besan and curd mix well and heat the flame

Take a pan heat the flame add oil when oil is hot add mustard seeds tej patta curry leaves and methi dana

After 2 minutes add hing and onion add salt red chilli coriander powder amchoor

When onion is in brown colour add masala to a cooker and add water and boil for 10 ninutes and prepare for 1 hour on medium flame

Take a patila add oil when oil is hot add jeera salt water and rice wait for 15-20 minutes on low flame rice is ready
- 6
Serve and enjoy rice and curry
